Hey Chommie, before we keep posting recipes, we need a place where you can learn the basics of baking. Because the truth is, baking is not just cooking. Baking is a science.
When you understand what the ingredients do, you stop being scared of recipes and start baking with confidence.
This section is your learning space. If a recipe mentions something you don’t understand, you can come back here and find a simple explanation.
